
Studio Classes, Privates & Teacher Trainings

Weekly Classes
Rowena teaches Jivamukti in the way it has been taught to her: dynamic, yet purposeful and subtle, both physiologically and intellectually stimulating.
Classes include vinyasa (breath synchronised with movement), hands-on assists, pranayama & kriya (breathing and cleansing practices), chanting, meditation, Yogic philosophy and deep relaxation.
Classes are 60-95 minutes and open to all levels. Absolute beginners and those looking to refine their practice should check out her Open Lab and Foundations classes.

Privates & Small Groups
Private lessons, 1 to 1 or 1 to 2-3, are a great way to become more knowledgable about your specific needs. These sessions can be booked as a one off if you are just needing some light input, or you can book a package of 5-10 classes to explore your areas of interest more deeply.
Whether it is progress your looking for or learning how to navigate pain, a private class can help you better integrate what you practice in studio classes.

Teacher Training
Sampoorna Yoga is a dedicated team of experienced yoga teachers committed to practicing, studying & sharing their knowledge of yoga.
Rowena will be part of the teaching team on the 300hr training in January 2026

Rowena is also part of the teaching team for the Three Boons Yoga Berlin, where she teaches an introduction to The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and The Hatha Yoga Pradipika on the 180HR Foundational and 150HR Advanced trainings.
