Weekly Classes, Private Sessions & Teacher Training


Weekly Classes

Rowena teaches Jivamukti in the way it has been taught to her. Dynamic, yet purposeful and subtle. Both physiologically and intellectually stimulating. Classes include vinyasa (breath synchronised with movement), hands-on assists, pranayama & kriya (breathing and cleansing practices), chanting, meditation, Yogic philosophy and deep relaxation. Classes are 60-95 minutes and open to all levels.


Privates & Small Groups

Private lessons, 1 to 1 or 1 to 2-3, are a great way to deepen your practice or work on specific sequences that are designed uniquely for what your body & mind needs.

Teacher Training

Sampoorna Yoga is a dedicated team of experienced yoga teachers committed to practicing, studying & sharing their knowledge of yoga.


Rowena will be a lead teacher on the 300hr training in February 2024
