I'm excited to come together with my dear friend and Advanced Certified Jivamukti teacher Gunnhildur Hardardóttir to offer this special weekend retreat. Our itinerary is designed to allow ample time for yoga, connection and relaxation.

 

Thursday 26th January

Every day from 13:30 -17:00 you will have free time to rest, read, journal, have a massage treatment, enjoy the sauna, take a walk in the peaceful surroundings or simply just be.

NONNA - an idyllically located farm with a large natural plot not far from the Baltic Sea in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

NONNA stands for hospitality. Whether families, couples, friends or people who are connected in a different way. Everyone who wants to spend a nice time in the middle of beautiful nature is welcome here.

BY TRAIN

The RE3 runs through to NONNA from Berlin to Ducherow. The cheapest way to travel is with two tickets: You can team up and buy a Berlin-Brandenburg ticket for up to 5 people to Jatznick station and then only have to buy one ticket from Jatznick to Ducherow. From the train station, the NONNA can be reached in 10 minutes by car, by bike it takes about half an hour.
